Artist's Comments

Another experiment. . . All I did was change the color of the drops on the apple, and change the brightness/contrast a little. I made the black a little darker, some dust speckes showed up from the bright light, and it didnt look right.

-My monitor seems to be darker than most people's, so if you can see the bottom of the apple in the left corner, its brighter than what it is meant to be seen as.

-Full view please, it looks better-

Something that might be interesting: To stick the metal on, and make it look like the apple was bleeding out of the stitches, I used gum. Cinnamon gum.

My kind of picture! :+fav:

Wonderful idea, by the way. Very original and creative.

I would like to be the air that inhabits you for a moment only. I would like to be that unnoticed, and that necessary.

Thanks! :) I ended up just using water (then coloring it red on the computer), food coloring would have been too clear and pinkish. The more I think about it jello not in a liquid form but also not in a solid form(kinda in the middle), would have probably worked.

Oooh... good thinking...
I have to try out something similar.
Thanks for the inspiration ^^
